Wednesday comfy run

Out with Holly a little later than normal at 5.55am to a star filled morning. 4.5 degrees had me heading straight back inside to put some gloves on and then off for our 9.4km loop.

An uneventful run with a little more light than normal which made the bay more interesting.

I feel a bit out of routine at the moment with my running (2 races in 2 weeks probably) and am looking forward to my weekend long run to feel back in the groove.
